The staff are tremendous, the place is peaceful and centrally located. Btw, it's just a pleasant stroll away from city centre.

We liked the remote location and our good room. Continental breakfast with plenty of options. Relaxing beds, TV set, air conditioning and terrace were a nice touch. That was business hotel set in ideal area. Helpful service during our best stay.

Everything was fabulous and liked my stay there. Staff was rather good, just as I expected. Pretty clean and stylish hotel in Castle district. Hot drinks at main bar, impeccable service.

We came to Swansea for short visits, everything was outstanding. Functional and impressive rooms. Hotel was spotless and the service was friendly. Staff were excellent friendly, setting is in 10 minutes' walk to downtown. Food in the modern restaurant was savoury.

Breakfast was so lovely and the hotel was generally fairly clean. Soft bed, accommodating staff. And it also had especially good view. The location was reasonable, very close to liberty stadium. I liked to spend time in the huge main bar.

Very clean place with helpful staff. The bed was super and it was great having an iron, a TV and a radio. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Castle district.

We greatly enjoyed rooms and food at this venue. 200 metres away there is Coast Italia Restaurant, where you can dine.

Very family friendly and Right next to the railway station. Also there's convenient parking and worth the price.

We would love to stay here again as the hotel met the demands. We enjoyed this venue and its good staff and breakfast. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Turkish Kitchen that was only 5 minutes' walk away.
